How To Use This Site
Scan the QR code on your equipment and you will be taken to a page with details about that specific item or the full equipment list.
Please note:
- If the appliance has a unique serial number, the QR code will take you directly to the appliance information page. From there you can see details or submit maintenance requests for the exact individual appliance.
- If the appliance does not have a unique serial number, the QR code will take you to the equipment list page where you can scroll and find the item and submit any questions, or report faults.
Appliances Pages
You can view training material, training videos, check warranty, book maintenance and book services for your appliances.
Maintenance Request Forms
Appliances that have a unique serial number, have their own unique maintenance request form. This form included all the necessary details about the appliance so you don’t need to submit that info. Just give details about the fault.
If the appliance doesn’t have a unique serial number you will see a general request form where you can choose the item from a droop down list.
As Installed Drawing
You can see the full drawing of your restaurant and check item numbers.

Where Are The QR Codes?
The QR codes are stuck on the side or front of each appliance or piece of equipment.
Some Equipment Doesn’t Have A QR Code?
If the piece of equipment doesn’t have a QR code sticker you can find it on the equipment list page and send us any questions or pictures of faults.
